Membership Packs
Create and manage subscription plans for club memberships.
Creating a Pack
- Go to Settings → Membership → Create Pack
- Set name, description, and features list
- Set price and billing cycle
- Choose Available To and Auto-Assign Roles (see below)
- Activate the pack
Who Can Buy a Pack
Two separate settings control roles, and they do different jobs:

| Available To | Gates who is offered the pack. Leave everything unticked to offer it to every member. |
| Auto-Assign Roles | Grants roles when the pack is purchased. |
A worked example — a club with a general pack and a driver pack:
- Club Member — Available To: (none), Auto-Assign: Member
- Driver — Available To: Driver, Auto-Assign: Member + Driver
When an admin invites a plain member they’re offered only Club Member. Tick the driver role on the invite and the list switches to Driver only. Because the Driver pack auto-assigns both roles, paying for it makes that person a member and a driver.
Packs shown on your public signup page and WordPress shortcode are not filtered — a visitor picks the pack that describes them, and the roles they need are granted automatically on checkout.
Billing Cycles

Pack Management
- Edit — Update name, description, price, features
- Deactivate — Hide from new signups (existing subscribers continue)
- Delete — Only if no active subscribers
Member View
Members see available packs with:
- Pack name and description
- Price and billing cycle
- Feature list
- Subscribe button
Subscription is handled via Stripe Checkout. Members can manage their subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal.
